</p><p>说到吃饭“占座”，新加坡可是有悠久的“历史”。</p>
<p>本来嘛，在人多的大排档等地方，先占个座再去找吃的也是理所应当，不然端着热腾腾的饭菜再找座是又累人又危险的事。可是新加坡的人们对于这种占座是尤为专业。</p>
<p>刚来这里的时候，为食主义看到一个食肆里空位一大把，桌上只是一瓶矿泉水或是一把伞，还当是有人落下了东西。殊不知，这其实是一些初级占座人员的占座方法。</p>
<p>但后来食肆进多了，发现空桌上出现最多的是<a href="http://static.stomp.com.sg/site/servlet/linkableblob/stomp/308634/thumbnail/use_tissue_paper_to_chope_seats_wait_till_you_see_this-thumbnail.jpg">一包包的餐巾纸</a>。但见有些人一进来就朝空桌上丢一包餐巾纸，丢得那叫一个顺手和理所当然。</p>
<p>他们不担心餐巾纸会被清洁工收走，因为清洁工早对这条默认规则烂熟于心；他们不担心有人会对那包餐巾纸熟视无睹，因为在新加坡，这是大家都知道的就餐规则。万一遇上一个不懂“道上规矩”一屁股坐在他们“预留”的位置上，虽然他们不能理直气壮说什么，但基本会投来了一个“有没有搞错，懂不懂规矩”的眼神。</p>

<p>为食主义一向反感这样的占座方法。一包餐巾纸能代表什么？上面没名没姓，任何人都能说那是属于他的。有些人丢下一包餐巾纸后就优哉游哉地去先聊聊天再排长队，一大张桌子空着没人坐，只有那包餐巾纸安静地霸着位。</p>
<p>尤其是就餐高峰场合，要是有个人在那里等着占位，其他人或许还能问问边上那个位有没有人坐；可是你丢一包餐巾纸在那里，难不成要人家和餐巾纸商量吗？也许我们可以装傻坐下去，但想一想又不服气，为什么一会儿平白无故地要遭别人的白眼呢。哎……</p>
<p>其实这个问题在星星国的论坛上有过好些讨论。基本上，大多外国人和一部分新加坡人都表示不理解。可是这个规则依然继续存在着，一点没有淡化的意思。某一次为食主义还看到某餐馆（谁知道是什么餐馆吗？我现在怎么想也想不起来了。如果你也有见过这样的餐巾纸包装，请告诉我）给的餐巾纸包装上就写着“seat reserved”，看来，像我们这些不习惯这个规则的人，也只能入乡随俗继续让餐巾纸做“占座王”了。</p>
<p>好啦，下面放几张所谓的创意“占座工具”（<a href="http://www.icanhasinternets.com/2010/08/seat-savers/">来源</a>），不过为食主义是觉得，它们会被清洁工收走的。<br />

</p><p>已经记不清第一次邂逅“<a href="http://www.breadtalk.com/breadtalk/">面包物语（BreadTalk）</a>”是怎样一番景象，也记不清是什么吸引我在店前驻足。是它时尚亮堂的店面，是店里拥挤的人群，还是…它的店名本身。</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">“面包物语”──如果面包会说话…</span></p>
<p>这座城市里有太多的面包店，一样的列队陈设，一样的金黄飘香。若问走进面包店的目的是什么，十有八九都会告诉你“买面包喽，不然呢？”</p>
<p>但在“面包物语”，买面包也许不是我的唯一目的。不大的店面，我却总有兴趣在里面先兜兜转转一番，为的是细读每一个面包的名字。你知道吗，这里的面包每一个都有他们独特的“艺名”，讲述着一个故事，代表着一种心情。</p>

这一个在全球以每十秒售出一个的速度稳居龙头老大位置的肉松面包，是“面包物语”的镇店之宝。10年来的卓越形象不仅源于它喷香的肉松、特制的奶酱与松软的面包，更源于它有一个可爱的名字──松松。“松松，松松”，如一个邻里的孩童，让人一听这名字就顿生怜爱，倍感亲切。</p>
<p>还记得很久以前，当我刚认识“面包物语”，正是“三菇六婆”刚上市的时候。虽然第一次听到这款香菇鸡肉面包的名字时让我着实汗了一下，但从此以后便对它印象深刻。还有那点缀着3颗新鲜大草莓的香草面包，它有一个如其外表一样美丽的名字──“莓飞色舞”。</p>
<p>知道我为什么爱面包物语吗？它的每一个名字都是那么有趣，听着耳熟却又陌生，唯有看过它的配料你才会恍然大悟。一声长长的“哦～～～～”加一个会心的微笑，是很多次面包物语都会带给我的愉快时光。</p>

<p>在许许多多食品包装上，都会有特别诱人、看上去特别美味的照片。比如方便面的袋子，比如罐头的外壁，比如餐厅的菜单。一碗面可以煮出有虾有鲍鱼，一罐鸡汤里有大块大块的鸡肉，至于餐厅菜单上的菜，那更是又好吃又好看的样子。</p>
<p>但你凑近一看，都会发现角落里有一行小字：“图片仅供参考”。没错，你可以参考图片自己买虾下面，可以参考图片自己弄点鸡肉炖汤，反正图片仅供参考，若不雷同，理所当然。</p>
<p>你要说商家欺诈吗？确实有那么一点点虚晃的成分吧。但作为一种营销手段，这好像也是“地球人都知道”的事；几块钱的方便面，难道你真的指望吃餐海鲜盛宴么。</p>
<p>所以我们且不去指责包装，我们来说餐馆。</p>
<p>文字前的为食读者：你觉得，餐馆菜单上的图片与实物不符，是一件正常的可以原谅的事呢，还是一种很不厚道的行为呢？少一种配料，换一个大小，你会因为这个找餐馆的服务员理论，还是自行帮他们找个借口就算了？</p>

<blockquote><p>某一天我去一家小餐馆吃饭，邻桌坐了一对母女，小女孩大概三四岁的样子。</p>
<p>她们叫了一个芒果布丁，可是布丁上来，小女孩半天没动静。</p>
<p>只见那个妈妈叫来服务员说，“你们这菜单上的芒果布丁上面有一个红点点，我女儿就是冲着这个点的，怎么这个布丁上没有呢。”妈妈的口气有点不好意思，好像她自己都觉得这样很挑剔，但为了让女儿开心她还是问了。</p>
<p>服务员说“哦这是我们拍照的时候点上去的，实际是没有的”。嘿，这个回答让我来劲儿了，图片与实物不符，她还说得挺理所当然！</p>
<p>那个妈妈坚持了一下，正想说算了，服务员说那我去找一颗红枣点上行不？</p>
<p>最后的结果就是红枣代替樱桃的位置站在芒果布丁上，很奇怪的搭配，但小女孩总算罢休了。</p></blockquote>
<p>你说是小孩难搞呢，还是偷工减料的餐馆正好被孩子逮个正着呢？如果你是那个妈妈，你会不好意思和服务员说，还是站出来捍卫消费者合法权益？</p>
<p>为食主义觉得这真是一件有意思的事。也许许多大人都会睁只眼闭只眼吧──为了一颗樱桃去理论总好像显得自己很计较。可是孩子总是那么执着，他们注意得到最小的细节，他们也最不会放过他们心心念念想得到的东西，他们追求“一模一样”；至于什么面子问题，对于他们那才不是问题呢。</p>
<p>突然在想，也许所有餐厅出菜的时候都应该接受一下孩子的检验。能通得过孩子的眼睛，才称得上货真价实吧。</p>
<p>当餐厅的菜单图片与实物不符的时候，你会是哪一种顾客呢？说实在，为食主义基本属于愤青族，嘿～<br />

<p>对阿牛的了解止于《浪花一朵朵》和《对面的女孩看过来》，所以当听说他招集了一群马来西亚的明星（更多的是歌手）来拍一部本土的电影，就是冲着那些歌星的“处女作”，也有那么一些好奇。</p>
<p>看过剧中傻傻的阿牛，突然觉得带着两颗虎牙的他在现实生活中也有那么一份淳朴；看过曹格唱片上摆帅的姿势，突然觉得剧中的小分头实在很有喜感；倒是李心洁依然是副冷美人的模样，还有大眼睛的梁静茹，从头到尾只用眼睛说话。</p>

Kacang在马来语中是“豆”的意思。Ice Kacang又叫ABC冰（Air Batu Campur；Air Batu 意指“冰”，而 Campur 则有“混合”的意思）。它是马来西亚和新加坡的一种广受欢迎的刨冰甜品，更被马来西亚官方誉为“国民甜品”。</p>
<p>初时候，红豆冰只是在刨冰上加上红豆。到了后来，加在刨冰上的配料愈来愈多，如多种水果、芦荟之类，使现今红豆冰颜色变得色彩斑斓。</p>
<p>现在的红豆冰底部会放满棕榈籽、红豆、甜玉米、凉粉、大菜糕以及珍多冰等多种配料。中间是刨冰。刨冰的面上再会淋上炼奶。部分商店的红豆冰会在刨冰上放上各式水果或雪糕，也有商店在刨冰上淋上多种顏色的糖浆。</p>
<p>在很多东南亚地区的咖啡店、小贩中心及美食广场都会有这种甜品售卖。而这种甜品相当受民众及游客欢迎。<br />

</p><p>当出版社和我说有一本新书《莫文蔚至爱家传汤饮》想让我写写它的时候，我的第一反应也许和你现在一样──“莫文蔚还研究美食？”</p>
<p>莫文蔚，从《盛夏的果实》到《阴天》到《夕阳天使》，印象里的她就是那副独特的磁性嗓音和酷酷的模样。如果你也以为这是莫文蔚写的书，那就猜错了。其实这是一本“如何调理莫家闺女”的书，是莫爸爸写的汤饮食谱。</p>
<p>一拿到书就把它一气呵成地看完了。反正是汤饮食谱嘛，也不指望当下记住每一个步骤。页页翻过，唯记得书间透出的宁静之感，和字里行间款款的温暖亲情。</p>
<p>不曾知晓，莫爸爸原来是一位书香世家出身、深谙道家学说、又把养心与养身融在醇厚汤饮里的慈爱父亲。一本简单的汤饮食谱，除了具体的材料与做法，更有莫爸爸自己的养生心得和常见材料的具体介绍。让人不但知道怎么调理，也知道在调理什么。</p>

说它宁静，也许是应了里头那些中药“清热袪火”的功效。</p>
<p>有人说，西药和中药的最大区别是一个讲求药到病除的快速性，而另一个讲求调理。为食主义自己并没有研究中药那些悉心的调理工序，但却也相信中医理论里那些气血之说。“望、闻、问、切”，其实中医的理论还是很传神的，那些调理的方子简直就是改变人于无形之中。所以说它“静”，因为中药的调理需要耐心，一点一滴，滴水穿石。</p>
<p>说它宁静，也许是和了中医药材自古以来淡淡的芳香。</p>
<p>随手翻开一页，“南枣4粒、茯苓3钱、藿香2钱、陈皮2片……”──突然好像走进了那些百年药铺，木质的高高柜台，一墙的药材抽屉，用手作秤的娴熟掌柜，各种药材混杂的独特香味。中药是不是真的就有这么一种定神的功效，让你靠近它时连脚步都会轻轻放缓。</p>

说它温情，是每一张美味汤饮的精致照片。</p>
<p>简单的陈列却也错落，低调的配搭却也淡雅。印花的汤碗、各式的容器、朴素的桌布，每一个细节都是那么居家。本来嘛，这就是一个父亲、一个丈夫为家里至爱的两位女士熬的汤，何必需要那些华丽的装点。</p>
<p>说它温情，是书中带着浓浓亲情的款款述说。</p>
<p>为食主义一直以为，煲汤和熬粥之间有一点是共同的──在温温小火里酝酿着的是煲汤熬粥之人深深的爱意。“此汤饮理气健脾，化痰消积，行气散寒调中，疏肝散结……莫文蔚中气十足，可以面不改容连续演唱5、6首歌”──呵呵，终于知道是怎样的爱滋润了莫家的女儿。父爱甘醇，一如那碗碗爱心汤饮飘出的缕缕清香。</p>
<p>“一碗汤，一份心意”。《莫文蔚至爱家传汤饮》──一本写给女儿莫文蔚和普天下所有想为爱人煲汤的朋友的煲汤经。</p>

<h3><span style="color: #ff9900;">一、生活的鱼池</span></h3>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #0000ff;">人的生活最初像鲫鱼，鲜活得很，放点青菜就别有一番风味；但随着岁月的流逝，会变得如包头鱼、鲢鱼一样，定要放些佐料，酸、甜、咸、辣，细烧过了才好吃；再老些，则像鲤鱼一样，怎么做都不好吃，但可以画进画里，贴在墙上，祈求来年风调雨顺些。</span></p></blockquote>

最早应该是在第一届“新概念”作文里看到这段话的，从沉闷的八股文里脱颖而出的巧妙比喻，每每读到总觉得别有一番滋味。</p>
<p>写这话的人应该对烹饪颇有些研究吧，知道什么鱼要用什么烹调方法。要不TA就是和为食主义一样为食，吃多了也就有“久吃成厨师”了。;)</p>
<p>这番话实在得个人细细揣摩，说白了那种感觉就没了。只是为食主义在想，现在的自己，究竟还可以被算作鲫鱼，还是已经迈进鲢鱼的队伍了呢？</p>
<h3><span style="color: #ff9900;">二、忘记菜刀的重量就失去了所有技艺</span></h3>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #0000ff;">调和五味和掌握火候都需要直觉上的敏感，菜谱其实是不需要去背的，你对原料的感觉才是最重要的部分。足够的经验可以让你凭直觉决定需要使用何种烹饪手法，火候的变化需要多少时间，以及如何做才能让菜品的滋味发挥到最大，而且彼此亲密无间，配合得当。这种感觉需要日积月累，什么时候你忘记了菜刀的重量，什么时候你也就失去了所有的技艺。</span></p>

一看到这段话的时候，我就想到王小丫。在《鲁豫有约》采访小丫的一期节目里，小丫说自己会做饭，鲁豫说自己对做饭一点概念都没有，什么“盐少许”，少许是多少？于是小丫就说了一段很经典的话──</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #0000ff;">做饭就是在于火候，火候就是拿捏。拿捏是什么？拿捏就是分寸。所以你不能用这个三克两克，那就是教条了。</span></p></blockquote>
<p>生活又何尝不是呢。许多东西拿在自己手上才知道轻重，才知道要如何去把持。照本宣科做出来的事就像拿着计量器做出来的菜一样，总少了创造的乐趣与味道。</p>
<p>拿在手上的菜刀的重量是经验的累积与变通，是这些成就了技艺与水准。大厨师对重量的概念也许还没有小帮厨来得准确，但拿起锅碗瓢盆的那一刻，所有分量却全都已经点滴在心。</p>
<p>如人饮水，冷暖自知。</p>
<h3><span style="color: #ff9900;">三、来人间晃一圈不过一顿自助餐</span></h3>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #0000ff;">一位老人从东欧来到美国，在曼哈顿的一间餐馆想找点东西吃，他坐在空无一物的餐桌旁，等着有人拿餐盘来为他点菜。但是没有人来，他等了很久，直到他看到有一个女人端着满满的一盘食物过来坐在他的对面。</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">老人问女人怎么没有侍者，女人告诉他这是一家自助餐馆。果然，老人看见有许多食物陈列在台子上排成长长的一行。“从一头开始你挨个地拣你喜欢吃的菜，等你拣完到另一头，他们会告诉你该付多少钱。”女人告诉他。</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">老人说，从此他知道了在美国做事的法则：“在这里，人生就是一顿自助餐。只要你愿意付费，你想要什么都可以，你可以获得成功。但如果你只是一味地等着别人把它拿给你，你将永远也成功不了。你必须站起身来，自己去拿。”</span></p></blockquote>

这是一个被四处转载的故事，所以就不放原文出处了，因为也不知道真正的出处在哪里。只是某天看到豆瓣九点上有一个<a href="http://9.douban.com/subject/9098695/">如标题所示的博客名</a>，突然觉得博主的灵感应该就是来自这个故事吧。</p>
<p>以前总听说的是“生活没有免费的午餐”，现在这个故事更具体地告诉你那会是一顿要给钱的自助餐。</p>
<p>所有的代价都源于我们最初的选择，所有的成果也会是因为我们的主动出击。自己为自己负责，想想，也是一件最公平不过的事了。</p>

<p>第一次以美食博主的身份被邀请去参加活动，而且还是去看一部美食电影的预映，不知道应该说它是一次机缘还是一场巧合。</p>
<p>看过的讲述美食的电影并不太多。《饮食男女》、《魔幻厨房》、<a href="http://www.foodeology.com/artwork/movie-deadly-delicious/">《双食记》</a>，记得的也就这么几部，不过可谓是部部让人看得馋涎欲滴。这一部也不例外，张牙舞爪的龙虾，肥硕的Duck en croûte，诱人的甜品，还有Julia最爱的菜色之一、电影里的“招牌菜”──boeuf bourguignon。Bon appétit!</p>
<p>两个相隔近50年的人，因为一部著名的食谱《掌握法式烹饪艺术》（Mastering the Art of French Cooking）而维系在一起。一个叫Julia一个叫Julie，都爱美食，都爱烹饪，更重要的是Julie那句“我们都曾对生活迷茫过，也都被美食拯救了”。</p>
<p>的确，对于这两个女人来说，虽然美食是她们的大爱，可她们绝不是“eat to live”的人。她们有自己的爱好与追求，也许在一些人眼前这些只是家庭主妇的小情趣，但她们爱她们所爱，把一种对生活的热情调和在了食物里。而这，正是她们最后都以自己的方式取得成功的秘籍。</p>

<p>如果不是当初她扭着性子不顾别人的眼光加入法国有名的Le Cordon Bleu厨艺学院，如果不是她一路来对每一次失败不认输不放弃的执着热情，也就没有了后来大名鼎鼎的Mastering the Art of French Cooking和她风趣幽默的电视厨艺节目The French Chef。</p>
<p>其实生活不需要太多的奢华与名利才能满足人心。找到一件自己喜爱的事，专注于它，某一天成功就会不期而至。而那些名啊利啊，只是完成梦想的附带礼品，本不该成为我们追求的核心。</p>

“能专心去做一件事情，总是让人羡慕的，而用心的把这件事做好，就更让人佩服。” 开始写“为食主义”以后，我也听过几次类似这样“羡慕”的话，其实每一次听到都感觉是一种最诚挚的鼓励。我想，我们每个人都可以找到一件──至少一件── 自己喜爱的事。不论它是大是小，只要是你所爱，即使没有物质回报你也会觉得快乐，那你它就值得你用心去坚持，用热情去专注。</p>
<h3><span style="color: #ff9900;">Paul Child (Stanley Tucci饰)、Eric Powell (Chris Messina饰)</span></h3>
<p>影片中的两个丈夫也是值得写上一笔的。</p>
<p>不能说他们是多么模范的新好男人，可是他们都深爱他们的妻子。他们全力支持着妻子做的每一件事，乐于分享妻子的喜怒哀乐，对妻子在做的事总表现出浓厚的兴趣与热忱。这真是非常难得。</p>
<p>这俩大男人虽然在剧中只能沦为配角，可是不失是一种完美衬托。没有他们，Julie和Julia也不会成功。</p>
<p>总体来说，很不错的片子。唯一一点是里面对美食的特写没有我想象的多。不过作为一部喜剧片，能让人轻松之后依然会回味，也算是成功的了。</p>

<p>一个很著名的心理学实验，关于小时候的意志力和成大后的自制力及成功与否的关系。</p>
<p>40年前，斯坦福大学的心理学家Walter Michel请4岁的孩子们参与了一个实验。孩子们被一一带进一间房，实验者给了他们一颗棉花糖。实验者告诉孩子：“我要走开一会儿，你可以现在把这颗棉花糖吃了。但是如果你不吃等我回来，你可以吃到两颗。”</p>
<p>实验者离开后，有的孩子忍了几秒就放弃了，有的孩子一直等到20分钟以后实验者回来还留着那颗棉花糖。14年后，Michel发现那些当年选择等的孩子比其它孩子更有自制力，学业（当时他们只有18岁）也更为成功。</p>
<p>这就是著名的<strong>“延迟满足”(Delayed gratification) 实验</strong>。</p>
<p>吃还是不吃，这是个诱惑，也真是个问题──一个原来可以关系到你一辈子的问题。</p>

<p>不知道多少人喜欢张一白的电视电影，《开往春天的地铁》、《将爱情进行到底》、《好奇害死猫》、《夜·上海》…张的手法是绝对有一番自己的风格的。</p>
<p>这一部《双食记》，承袭了《好奇害死猫》的悬疑风格──用的人物极少，制造的悬疑环环相扣，不到最后愣是猜不到结局几何──很典型的一部文艺片。</p>
<h3>内容：</h3>
<p>食物的相生相克，已经被越来越多人所知。比如小葱不应该拌豆腐，比如土豆不应该炖牛肉。有些东西就是这样与生俱来的水火不容──就好比老婆与情人之前永远的嫉妒与纠葛。</p>
<p>电影就是从食物与爱情中展开的。</p>
<p>食物与爱情的关系，从那一句话开始：“要想抓住男人的心，就先抓住男人的胃”。不过，被一个人抓住是幸福，被两个人抓住或许就是不幸了。</p>
<p>游走在两个女人之间，一个成熟性感，一个清纯美丽；一朵红玫瑰，一朵白玫瑰。当男人以为自己被两个女人深爱时，殊不知美食背后已经波涛汹涌、暗藏杀机。</p>
<p>美味谋杀还是爱情谎言？看完电影，也许感叹，女人真的可以很狠毒，男人真的可以很花心，爱情真的可以很卑微──而食物相克，真的可以很伤身。</p>
<h3>人物：</h3>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">陈家桥（吴镇宇饰）<br />
</span> </strong>当所有人以为他是受害者的时候，他却扬起胜利的微笑。这就是这个角色在电影里最峰回路转的地方。可是其实他又何尝胜利了？所有一切，不过是一种自欺欺人的心理战胜，不过是一场相互彼此的心灵伤害。</p>
<p>本来觉得吴镇宇长得还是衣冠楚楚的，演完陈家桥，我觉得怎么一个“贱”字了得！</p>
<p>人家说“宁可相信世上有鬼，也别相信男人不出轨”。说真的，以前“专一”是对一个做丈夫的基本要求，这年头已经成了最高境界了。</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">燕子（余男饰）<br />
</span> </strong>她本来可以是一个很贤惠的妻子，她本来可以是一个很慈爱的母亲。只是，爱情不允许欺骗，婚姻不允许背叛。嫉妒与受伤的心是一把利剑，在让一个女人心头滴血的同时，也刺向了那个伤害她的人。女人可以很美丽，女人也可以很狠毒。</p>
<p>说实话我不太喜欢这个演员，因为长相。总感觉阴阴的，可能是为了电影摆出来的，可是还是觉得太恐怖了点。</p>
<p>就配合角色来说，她是演到位了，可是我每次看到她就觉得可怕，特别是她凑上来和人说话的时候。可能就像《还珠格格》里的容嬷嬷和皇后吧，我现在还是一看到就觉得讨厌。可怜的演员们。</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Coco（江一燕饰）<br />
</span> </strong>她以为得到爱就得到全世界。他的一句“我没有结婚”就是她美好爱情幻想的所有保障。她太不了解男人，她也太轻信女人。社会是多么的复杂，也许不是她那双清纯的双眼能看清的吧。</p>
<p>很久没看内地的电视剧了，对她不是太熟。不过我和她可是老乡啊！哈哈。</p>
<p>她的气质很像徐静蕾啊，长得都有点像。导演怎么就爱找这类清纯女孩演第三者啊，第三者就没别的形象了？</p>
<p>其实电影里她最无辜了，或者说，太傻太天真了吧。</p>
<h3>“夺命七道菜”食谱</h3>

<p>“你的菜，我的汤，相生相克，水火不容。”</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>椒姜羊排煲 vs 西瓜莲子羹 ── 伤元气<br />
</strong></span> 椒姜羊排煲具有壮阳催情的功效，因为羊肉是温热的，有补阳的作用。但中医认为，吃羊肉后进食西瓜容易“伤元气”。这是因为西瓜性寒，属生冷之品，进食后不仅大大降低了羊肉的温补作用，且有碍脾胃。对于患有阳虚或脾虚的患者，极易引起脾胃功能失调。</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">香酥脑花、芹菜、鹅翼和青瓜 vs 花生乌鸡炖参汤 ── 伤肾<br />
</span></strong> 香酥脑花以形补形，以脏补脏，具有补血健脑的功效。但不巧的是，在脑花与盐、酒在一起会影响男子肾功能。此外，配菜中有芹菜香干、蚝油洋葱鹅翼和青瓜水蛋。可别小看了这些配菜，各藏玄机。鹅肉和鸡蛋药理相克伤及脾胃，芹菜和青瓜不宜同时食用，至于花生乌鸡汤，虽然具有止咳提神的功效，但在这里，花生与青瓜相克，乌鸡与芹菜伤气，这道汤只有强化这套伤肾菜谱的疗效。</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">清蒸大闸蟹 vs 番茄芋头牛肉羹 ── 破坏内脏<br />
</span></strong> 清蒸大闸蟹，肉肥味鲜，通络固精，具有清热解毒的功效。而吃它的同时，禁忌也不少。例如大家耳熟能详的大闸蟹不能和柿子一起吃。因为柿子性寒，含大量的果胶和柿胶酚，未熟透的柿子还含有红鞣质，柿胶酚红鞣质遇到胃酸可凝结成块。柿子吃得过多，凝块可能变成硬块——胃柿石，对胃黏膜造成损害。蟹肉含丰富的蛋白质，柿子含许多鞣酸，蛋白质遇到鞣酸也会发生凝结。除了柿子，番茄同样不能在吃大闸蟹的同时多吃，一个道理。配菜为板栗咕噜肉、酥炸香蕉和杏仁双菇。据说有人吃牛肉、板栗引发过呕吐，不知是否这是燕子选择这两种食物配在一起的原因。</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">豉爆鲶鱼 vs 麦冬菠菜猪肝汤  ── 攻心<br />
</span></strong> 鲶鱼，味甘性温，具有补中益阳的功效。而麦冬为百合科植物麦门冬（沿阶草）或大叶麦冬的须根上的小块根，性寒，如因脾胃虚寒，而见有腹泻便搪，舌苔白腻，消化不良者，均不宜应用。又是一出典型的一热一寒相冲的搭配。此外，配菜为韭菜木耳、皮蛋豆腐和胡萝卜牛肉丁，正好犯了猪肝与豆腐鱼肉同食的忌讳，会导致伤神的后果。</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">麻辣田螺 vs 甲鱼汤 ── 中毒<br />
</span></strong> 田螺肉含有丰富的蛋白质、铁和钙等营养元素，具有清热、解暑、利尿、止渴和醒酒的功效，还可以滋阴补肾、明目、增强肌肉弹性，使皮肤光滑细嫩，有多种保健功能。但同时，田螺也有很多禁忌，例如螺肉不宜与牛肉、羊肉、蛤蜊、玉米、香瓜等同食，否则容易导致腹泻、掉落毛发等问题。</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">红烧羊肉 vs 老鸭汤 ── 中毒<br />
</span></strong> 羊肉性温，具补中益气、温胃助阳的功效，最适合在冬日进食；而鸭肉味甘咸，性偏凉，有清热解毒、滋阴养胃的作用，适合于苦夏食用。一个适合冬季吃，一个适合夏季吃，摆在一起难怪会相冲了。不过，也并非这么搭配吃了就一定会中毒，除了要达到一定量的累计，不同的人对食物也有不同的反应。</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">虾 vs 大剂量维生素C ── 中毒<br />
</span></strong> 虾和大剂量的维生素C可生成生成三价砷，即砒霜，既而致死。但要达到这样的后果却也非易事。事实上，对于一般民众来说，日常饮食中同时摄入适量的虾和维生素C并不会导致中毒。至于影片中出现的中毒情况可是费了导演好一番心思，先是铺垫让陈家桥脱发的菜，然后以大剂量的维生素C治疗脱发，这才产生了之后的食物中毒。但每个人的体质对食物的反应并不一样，所以也并非一概而论。</p>
<p>不过最后想说，影片中这几道相生相克的食物虽设计巧妙，但日常饮食中，人们并不会烹饪如此复杂的菜谱，所吃大多为一些家常小菜。不过，关于这食物间的搭配互补（相生）和互相禁忌（相克）却同样适用，例如螃蟹不能和柿子同吃，羊肉忌和西瓜同食等。</p>
<p>当然，日常饮食中也无须草木皆兵，什么都不敢吃，因为要达到相克的后果，尚需天时、地利、人和。不同人群，对食物所产生的反映也不尽相同。</p>

<p>她是在哪一天突然爱上芥末的，他并不知道。</p>
<p>他一直以为她喜欢吃甜的东西。巧克力，冰淇淋，奶昔，水果糖。<br />
在他眼里，她永远是个孩子。会撒娇，会粘人，会在做错事时扑闪几下眼睛来装可怜。<br />
有时候，她也会腻在他怀里哭。可是他知道，大多时候她的哭像孩子得不到玩具时一样，几下也就哄好了。<br />
她是一个纯粹的孩子，他经常这么觉得。</p>
<p>她总是在一个人的时候，静静地发呆。绕不通的数学题，解不开的谜语，拼不出的图案，想不透的人生。<br />
其实她一直都是一个想很多的人。可是她知道他不喜欢。男孩子大概都不喜欢太复杂的女孩子的。所以和他在一起的时候，她学会把一切纠结抛在一边，只是单纯地享受和他在一起的时光。<br />
有时候，她也希望日子就这么过吧。也许有一天习惯了单纯，也就不需要再让思绪所累。</p>
<p>他们两厢情愿地生活着。<br />
他很忙，忙他的事业。他自己创办的公司刚刚展露头角，需要他投入很多很多的时间与精力。<br />
她明白的。所以夜深的时候，她为会灯下沉思的他泡一杯咖啡，披一件外衣；周末的时候她会自己找些书读找些事做。她曾经答应过自己，要做他最最坚强的后盾。她曾经和他开玩笑说，如果哪天你成功了，一定要谢谢成功的你背后这个伟大的我。他微笑地看着她，这个一脸幸福带着香草冰淇淋气息的女孩。</p>

<p>时光流转，日复一日。<br />
她是在哪一天突然爱上芥末的，他并不知道。</p>
<p>也许连他自己都没有发觉，他呆在家里的时间已经越来越少了。<br />
她准备好的晚饭，他一个电话就让它们变冷了。她一句“周末有空吗”，他理所当然般地就用“没有”把对话迅速结束了。是的，他很忙，忙他的事业，忙得好像生活中只有他的事业。<br />
她有了更多的时间，去想一些有的没的的事。空旷的屋子制造的不安全感，突然从某一天开始，让她第一次问出了她以前最不喜欢女孩子们问的问题&#8211;“你是不是不爱我了？”<br />
他耐心的时候，就拍拍她的头说，怎么会呢傻瓜别想这么多；他忙的时候，就直接扔出来一句“想什么呢你”。<br />
“想什么呢我？”她自嘲地苦笑，却突然有一种晶莹的东西在眼眶里闪烁。</p>
<p>一天一天，她脑子里想的事儿和口中呼之欲出的话越来越多，但他应付她的时间越来越少。<br />
她问问他最近在忙什么，说说他们身边的朋友，讲讲发生在自己单位里的事，他都是用很精简的回答让对话无法继续。即使她提到他们家里要添什么摆设，什么时候她想和他去哪里，他也答应地心不在焉。<br />
她已经有点不知道再要怎么继续这样的交谈。终于在某一次沉默中，她安静地流下眼泪。<br />
他已经很久没有看到她的眼泪了，是没看到还是没注意，没有人说得清。他像往常一样哄她，可是越哄她哭得越难过。<br />
他不明白她究竟怎么了。他不知道，所有的孩子都会长大。她不可能永远都是那个蹭在他怀里，一盒冰淇淋就能哄得好的小女孩。</p>
<p>女孩子的眼泪是被理智的堤坝围着的。一旦第一次决口，之后开闸就变得轻而易举。<br />
即使再无心他也发现，她流泪的时候越来越多了。<br />
起初他还试着哄她，后来就多了一句不耐烦的“你哭什么呀”，再后来，他经常说的是“你别哭了行不行”。<br />
每一道泪痕都是一次心痛与心碎。特别是后来，只要他那一句“你哭什么呀”，就足够让人产生一阵纠心的难受。<br />
如果可以，谁喜欢整日泪眼婆娑；如果可以，哪个女孩不想给爱人最美丽的一面。<br />
可是她能说什么呢。说你不要这么忙吗，说你在乎一下我吗。事业永远是男人最高的信仰，而另一面，她也知道他的艰难与辛劳。</p>

<p>当他一次次在餐桌上看到她不停地往各种食物里加芥末的时候，他问她为什么从甜食改去这么刺激的味道。<br />
甜腻了不就换换呗。<br />
你看你每次都被呛得稀里哗啦的，辣得眼泪都流出来，这么折磨为了什么呢。<br />
我也不知道为了什么。也许不为了什么吧。</p>
<p>对话就这么断了。<br />
他没有多问，她也没有多说。<br />
她一如既往地往自己的盘里加芥末，而且越加越多。</p>
<p>某一天，他猛然发现她已经很久没哭了。他终于有些释然。<br />
但他还是不知道她是在哪一天以及为什么突然爱上芥末的。他不知道，始终不知道，也不会知道。</p>
<p>就像他不曾知道，那些她曾经为他流下的眼泪，已经在芥末的掩饰下，一滴一滴倒回进心里，逆流成河……<br />
